- Perfect for: Active recovery, swimming, hydrotherapy massage
- Temperature-controlled for year-round comfort
Chalet 3: Jacuzzi Junkies (Mar 8 - Mar 22)
- Hot Tub/Jacuzzi - Premium jacuzzi with multiple jet configurations
- Perfect for: Deep muscle relaxation, social soaking sessions, hydrotherapy massage
- Outdoor or covered setting with mountain views
Chalet 4: Ski-in/Out Ninjas (Mar 21 - Apr 4)
- Finnish Sauna - Traditional dry sauna experience
- Perfect for: Detoxification, cardiovascular health, deep relaxation
- Alternate sessions with cold shower or jumping in the snow!
Wellness Programs & Activities
Daily Yoga / Breathwork Sessions
We could organize daily sessions of Yoga, breathwork or stretching / mobility exercises ! It's up to everyone to bring its own thing to the group
Contrast Therapy (Hot/Cold)
