Events & Activities

Lots of activities are available around where we are : hiking / snowshoeing, gorgeous Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval panorama (Cirque du Fer à Cheval), ice climbing, paragliding, sledging, dog sledding, cross country skiing etc. On the other side of the ski resort there is winter mountain kart↗ and an ice racing piste(https://circuitglace.com/)↗.

Some ideas of activities to run during the night : Board game night, Movie night, skillsharing sessions, deep chats etc. Also night snowshoeing under the moonlight might exist!

We could organize some skill sharing session or showcasing each others our projects also

Solo Time & Boundaries

While community is central to After.Ski, we respect that everyone needs alone time:

  • Private bedrooms - Retreat to your own space whenever needed
  • Opt-out friendly - No pressure to join every activity
  • Headphones = do not disturb - Universal signal for "in focus mode"

Food & Cooking

The chalet features two fully equipped kitchens designed for group cooking. Pantry basics included: olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, basic condiments, aluminum foil, etc.

We'll organize optional group dinners both at home and at restaurants! I will try to organize a simple way for everyone to buy all their groceries for the whole stay in one go at a good cheap hypermarket in Cluses, for example by letting each of you order online and I will go pick it up at the supermarket for everyone with my car.
